When hiring a motorhome from us, you will enter into a rental agreement that specifies the terms and conditions of the hire. All our motorhomes come with a comprehensive insurance policy; however, you will be responsible for any excess that may apply in the event of an accident or damage. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in additional charges.
Our booking process is designed to be simple and transparent. To secure a motorhome, a booking deposit is required, which will be communicated at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the hire period, as outlined in your rental agreement. We accept payments through various methods, including credit cards and bank transfers, to provide maximum convenience. When using our motorhomes, you must comply with all applicable traffic regulations and ensure the vehicle is operated safely at all times. You are prohibited from using the motorhome for transporting illegal goods, substances, or carrying more passengers than legally permitted. The motorhome is exclusively for recreational purposes and should not be used for commercial transport. Any violation of these use conditions will result in immediate termination of the hire agreement and potential legal proceedings. Ensuring the security and safety of the motorhome during your hire is vital and is your responsibility until it is returned to us.
Teesside Motorhome Adventures ensures that all our motorhomes are in optimal condition and adequately insured. However, you are liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from misuse or negligence while the motorhome is under your responsibility. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and we are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses incurred during your hire period. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of terms or unlawful activities performed during your hire.
